Vacation Time
No dollie pics this time around...I usually have one of my resin family with me but did not manage to bring one this time around.

I feel sometimes that I have never grown up... working in the public schools helps that feeling stay around. I LOVE summer vacation. I am up in the coolness of New England at my inlaws house... went to a Boston Red Socks game, to the beach, reading lots of good books and sleeping late.

Vacations are vacations ... but none are complete without a visit to the beach. The New England's beaches and the Long Island sound are very beautiful but so different from the Texas beaches that I am used to. These beaches are wild and rocky.

I continue to try different types of shots with my new camera. Flowers are my favorite subject. I am also playing with the speed and Fstops ... I loved the composition of the kids and the wave on the beach but wished it had more depth of field. ah well....
